To become law, H.R. 3633 must clear a Senate filibuster. That takes 60 votes for cloture — three-fifths of the chamber. Cloture is the real gate. Final passage after that is a simple majority of 51. The House already passed it 294–134. If the Senate amends the bill, the House has to pass that version too.

100 senators. Miss 60 on cloture and debate never starts — the bill dies into the November 3 midterms. Call your two senators before that clock runs out.
What it does
CLARITY splits the SEC and the CFTC, says which tokens are securities and which are commodities, and lets exchanges and issuers operate under published rules instead of surprise lawsuits. Without it, American builders keep shipping jobs and listings overseas. With it, the dollar stays the settlement layer of the internet.
Call your reps
Undecided Senate offices move when the phones ring. A five-minute call, a written letter, or a Stand With Crypto action tells a staffer this is not a niche issue. If you hold bitcoin, ether, XRP, or any digital asset, this vote is about your property rights. Contact them before the cloture clock runs out.
Then vote crypto
Midterms are November 3, 2026. Scorecards are worthless if they stay on a screen. Keep the members who already voted for market structure. Replace the ones who will not. When it comes time to vote: vote crypto.
